It should feel firm, never painful. Tell your therapist straight away if the pressure is too strong and she will adjust it.
Loose, comfortable clothes such as shorts and a T-shirt. No oil is used, so you stay dressed.
60 minutes works for a quick reset. 90 or 120 minutes leaves time for the full stretching sequence.
