Paya Massage (“we”, “us”) runs an outcall massage service in Bangkok, Thailand. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us through WhatsApp, LINE or this website, and how we use, store and protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Contact identifiers: your WhatsApp number or LINE account and the profile name shown in those apps.
• Booking details: hotel or address, room number, date and time, type and length of massage.
• Conversation history: the messages, photos and other media you send us to arrange a booking.
• Advertising reference (anonymous): if you arrived from a Google ad, a short reference code is attached to your booking so we can measure our advertising. It contains no personal identifier.
• Website usage: standard analytics (pages visited, device, country) through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not collect payment card data, government IDs or sensitive personal information. Massages are paid in cash.

2. How we use it

• To answer your booking requests and organise the therapist’s visit.
• To send service messages about your booking (confirmation, timing, changes).
• To improve our service and measure our advertising, as aggregate statistics only.
• To comply with Thai law when required by the competent authorities.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

3. Storage and security

Booking records and conversations are stored on our private server in Germany, accessible only to authorised Paya Massage staff, over encrypted connections. Messages sent through WhatsApp and LINE are also handled by those apps under their own privacy policies.

4. Retention

• Booking records: up to 2 years (accounting, disputes, service follow-up).
• Conversation history: up to 1 year, then deleted.
• Advertising reference codes and analytics: up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser data. Write to us at payamassage.th@proton.me, or simply ask in the WhatsApp or LINE chat. We reply within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic. You can decline analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.

7. Adults only

Our service is for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
